Acclaimed actress Tabu has officially joined the shoot of King 100 which marks a grand reunion with superstar Nagarjuna. The film is a landmark project being produced under Nagarjuna’s prestigious banner called the Annapurna Studios. It also celebrates Nagarjuna’s 100th feature film. 


Tabu shared the exciting update on social media posting a clapboard image of the sets and expressing her enthusiasm about her upcoming project with Nagarjuna. 


Tabu’s arrival on the sets was met with a warm and a respectful welcome by the team. Highlighting the significance of her return to collaborate with Nagarjuna which marks their fourth film together added the nostalgic touch to the highly anticipated cinematic venture together.

The duo has had their in their iconic collaboration of 1996 Telugu classic named Ninne Pelladata. The film was not only a massive commercials success but it had emerged as an iconic film as it earned them the National Film Award for the Best Feature Film in Telugu.   It had cemented the legacy as one of the most beloved romantic dramas of that time. 


Tabu had also done a cameo in Sisindri produced by Nagarjuna featuring his son Akhil Akkineni as the Child artist in the film . The two had reunited for the 1998 romantic comedy Aavida Maa Aavide , to further strengthen their cinematic partnership on screen. 


Now with the plans on creating the magic once again with King 100, they both are coming together but their roles remain under wraps.   

Both actors to portray a powerful and distinct character in the film . Their reunion is a milestone with a promise to bring back the nostalgic moment with a fresh and compelling chapter that the fans are eagerly waiting for the film’s release.
