Veteran Bollywood actress Kamini Kaushal, one of the most respected and pioneering stars of Hindi cinema, has passed away at the age of 98. She delivered acclaimed roles in films like Neecha Nagar, Shaheed, Biraj Bahu, Shabnam and Arzoo. Her portrayal of emotionally layered characters made her one of the standout stars of her era.

Kamini Kaushal later transitioned into character roles, continuing to shine in films, television, and even children’s programming. She remained active for decades, showcasing her dedication to storytelling and performing arts.

She is survived by her two sons, whom she raised while balancing a prolific and long career in the industry. Her passing marks the end of an era, but her contribution to cinema continues to inspire generations of actors and film lovers.
