Vicky Kaushal Teams Up With Dinesh Vijan And Laxman Utekar For A Big-Budget Film

Vicky Kaushal has already started his project with Laxman Utekar which is based in a small town backdrop, the actor-director is all set to collaborate once again. In fact, the duo is also set to join hands with Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films, which is already producing their untitled venture. However, this time the film will not be a realistic, small-town venture but a big-budget warrior film. While more details about the same have been kept under wraps, it is being said that the film will be biographical in nature.

The film will be a biopic about a larger-than-life historical character. A source confirmed the development saying, "Laxman Utekar is next making a large-scale warrior film, and Vicky Kaushal is his first choice. They have discussed the project, and the talks have been positive so far. Vicky Liked the material and gave a verbal nod, but he would sign the film only after the story was complete.The film is still in the writing process, so it might take a few more months for that to happen. However, going by the initial buzz, Vicky is more or less aboard this thrilling period drama.

It is being said that the film will go on floors somewhere in the middle of 2023, but it ultimately depends on Vicky Kaushal's busy schedule, who already has Meghna Gulzar's Sam Bahadur and Laxman Utekar's untitled next opposite Sara Ali Khan also in the pipeline.
