Vijay Deverakonda in talks to join Thalaivi cast

Former Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha’s biopic Thalaivi has been making news from the time it was announced. After a lot of buzz about the lead actress Kangana Ranaut’s look with prosthetics, there is another exciting update about the film. Tamil Telugu actor Vijay Deverakonda is in talks to play the role of the former CM’s close friend Sobhan Babu. No confirmation on the same is yet given but the actor is in talks with the makers for the same.

Thalaivi will also star actor Aravind Swami and might also star south actress Priyamani in a crucial role. The film is directed by A. L. Vijay and produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R. Singh. The film is all set to hit the big screens in 2020.
