Both the stars are set to tie the knot in Hyderabad on February 26th 2026 which will be followed by a grand reception in March. The duo made their personal milestone as a shared celebration for their fans who adore them both. 

A touching note by the couple 

The couple wrote a touch note addressed, ‘Our Dearest Loves’ that even before they made plans for themselves to be together, the fans had already given them a name,‘Virosh’. The couple also shared their joy and stated their coming together is in the honour of the fans and thanked them for all their love and support and being a part of their inseparable journey together. 

This gesture by Rashmika and Vijay has struck an emotional chord with the fans who have followed they’re on screen and off-screen chemistry since their early collaboration.  Social media is buzzing with the trending news on their wedding this with the countless admirers waiting eagerly for their big day. 

The wedding will be an intimate ceremony to be held in Hyderabad on the 26th of February with a reception planned on March 4th.  A private engagement last year in October has surfaced with the new add on buzz though the actors are tight lipped. 

Regarding their work front, Vijay and Rashmika are gearing up to reunite on screen for the third time in Ranaabali a period drama slated for its release later this year in 2026. The couple will truly have a Virosh Duo with a special chapter in their lives earmarked.
