Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt has landed himself in the eye of a storm after a FIR has been lodged against him over an alleged fraud related to a film project. The case has been registered in Bhupalpura in Udaipur police station . Investigations are currently going on. According to the Superintendent of Polie Yogesh Goyal stated that Dr. Ajay Murdia of Udaipur has filed the case against the filmmaker .


The complainant has allegedly stated that in the memory of his late wife he had signed an agreement with Vikram Bhatt’s company to produce movies and documentaries. Ajay Murdia had paid an amount to Vikram Bhatt’s company after signing the contract to produce four movies. However, the company failed to produce the movies as per the contract. Two films that were made were also not rightfully given the due credit. The production of the movie had a very high budget which never started . Meanwhile investigations are going on and appropriate action will be taken against the defaulter, said Goyal.


Vikram Bhatt has denied the charges levied against him.


Vikram Bhatt , the film producer has categorically denied all allegations against him saying that the police have been misled .

He stated that he read the entire FIR . He has not received any letter nor any notice . He further stated , in the FIR it is stated , out of greed for Rs 200 crores , he has made a scam of Rs. 30 crores. He has told the police that if they have the documents or some paper work then it is a case of forgery. Vikram Bhatt has denied all the charges stating that complainants had made multiple films with him and if he has fooled them why are they doing the third film with him but in reality, they did not pay Vikram Bhatt’s workers and he has proof of it in his emails and in the contract.
