Crime Thriller Kalsutra To Showcase Subodh Bhave And Sayaji Shinde's Clash

Subodh Bhave and Sayaji Shinde are good to go for a serious face-off in the upcoming Marathi crime thrill ride Kalsutra: First Gate - Mrutyudata (2023). Produced by Jio Studios and Manjiri Subodh Bhave, the web-series is adjusted from creator Salil Desai's English novel Murder Milestone: An Inspector Saralkar Mystery.

The show will see Bhave play the central character of Saralkar while Shinde will be found in the job of a ruthless serial killer who is awarded death sentence for his crimes. Kalsutra is the primary web-series for director Bhimrao Mude who has made TV serials Rudram and Aai Maji Kalubai before. The announcement video of the show doubles up as a teaser. It shows Bhave play a no-nonsense and tough cop Saralkar talking about the crimes committed by Solanki Shinde.
