Shankuntalam Trailer Out: Samantha Ruth Prabhu Starring Mythological Genre Will Definitely Mesmerize Us!

The versatile actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen for the first time in the mythological genre in Shaakuntalam also starring Dev Mohan. The makers of the Shankuntalam released the trailer today and the actress looks breathtaking, to say the least. The trailer also introduces Allu Arjun's daughter Allu Arha in a key role. The film will be released in all South languages, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and as well as Hindi also. 

The three minutes trailer introduces Samantha Prabhu as the first stray child in human history and revealed that she born with a purpose. The actress looks supernatural as a princess and manages to grab attention with her fineness and elegance. The actress's chemistry and romance with Dev Mohan who is playing the role of Dushyanta are fascinating. However, it looks like the love story will have a heartbreaking ending. 

About the Shaakuntalam : 

Apart from Samantha Prabhu and Dev Mohan, Kabir Bedi, Dr.M Mohan Babu,  Sachin Khedekar, Prakash Raj, Madhubala, Gautami, Aditi Balan, Jisshu Sengupta, and others will also perform prominent roles in the forthcoming drama. The film will hit the theatres on February 17, 2023, directed by Gunasekhar.  While the film was initially scheduled to release on 4 November 2022, it was shelved as the makers wanted to make the film bigger and release it in 3D.  Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer Shaakuntalam's trailer looks exciting and interesting.
