Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa is all set to make his acting debut with an upcoming Bollywood movie Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaye. The trailer of the movie has finally been shared by the makers, and it appears that true to its title, this ride will be filled with sour moments. Along with Guru Randhawa, the movie also features Saiee Manjrekar.
The movie was announced with a teaser a few weeks ago by the singer. Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaye is all set to release in theatres on 16th February during Valentine's week.
The story of the movie is full of funny and emotional moments. The storyline revolves around the leading character's (Played by Saiee Manjrekar) dream of becoming an IAS officer. The plot of the movie reveals the lead pair getting married which affects her dream of becoming IAS. The chaos of two typical Indian families with top-notch comedy by actors like Anupam Kher, Ila Arun, Paresh Ganatra, Paritosh Tripathi and Atul Srivastava will be a treat to watch.
The trailer launch event of the movie Kuch Khatta Ho Jaye took place today. The whole cast of the movie was present for the trailer launch. The leading pair of Guru and Saiee distributed sweets to the media. The launch event had a typical Indian shadi (wedding) theme; the star cast of the movie arrived in a bus decorated with flowers whereas Saiee and Guru were seen sitting on the chairs of the bride and groom during the event.
Directed by G Ashok Kuch Khatta Ho Jaye will be out in theatres on February 16. The story of the movie is written by Vijay Pal Singh. Amit Bhatia and Lavina Bhatia are the producers of the movie.
