TV Actor-singer Amit Tandon’s Wife Returns From Dubai Jail

Indian Idol finalist Amit Tandon is elated and relieved that his wife Ruby Tandon has returned to India after spending almost 10 months in a Dubai prison. The Dill Mill Gayye actor’s wife is a dermatologist who got on the wrong side of the UAE law by allegedly threatening a government official and was held in Al Raffa jail.

 

Flying in and out of Dubai to get his wife back has been exhausting for the actor as he says the laws in Dubai are very stringent and they got a court hearing only after 10 months of long wait. The couple has a 7-year-old daughter Jiyana who is very happy to see her mother back home.

 

Amit who is working hard to give his singing career a boost will be releasing two new tracks one will be a Punjabi pop song called ‘Checkmate’ and the other a love song called ‘Akhiyan’.
