DOLIYAAN (2019)

It is a story setup in a village of Uttar Pradesh in around 2000. There is a prostitute (Bua) in the village who gives sex education to the young girls who get married at an early age. There is a girl Kamna who is not having breast which is why she is very insecure and under confident and doubts her womanhood. When her frustration increases so much that she breaks down, she comes to Bua to seek some help and satisfaction. From here we go into a flashback about an NRI visiting the place to do research for his book and discovers Kamna’s skill of being an efficient anchor. When Bua comes to know about it, she helps Kamna build her confidence and move towards her carrier leaving her past behind.
