Synopsis

This is a story of the new generation and their attitude towards parents A young girl who works in a city, has a job and a rich boyfriend who takes her around but is having a good time at her cost. As all young girls, she thinks he is the right man for her and he would be there for her forever. The girl lives on her own terms. She brings her mother from the village. The woman with a heart of a caring loving mother goes about doing things for her daughter, pouring her love on her, cooking for her etc.. But the girl is an arrogant rude youngster who finds her mother irritating. Treats her with disrespect. she introduces her mother to her friends as her servant looking down upon her and finding faults. One day in a fit of her anger, she asks her mother to get out and stay in a Home for the Aged across the street. Next morning the mother quietly leaves the house leaving behind a note for the daughter. In a day or two the girl falls ill and is unable to get out of the bed. She is very weak with high fever and with the covid scare, people avoid her and so does her boyfriend whom she had implicit faith gives excuses to stay away. She is all alone and in a misery, helpless in her condition. It so happens that her mother is in touch with her neighbor and through him, she gets to know her daughter is very ill. She is extremely worried and she rushes back to help her daughter. She cures her daughter by taking care of her lovingly day and night. The daughter is delighted to see her mother and she recovers in a few days’ time. For the first time she realizes her mother’s worth and her own mistakes. She seeks forgiveness, gives her lot of love in return. Her mother gets ready to leave. When the daughter asks her to stay back, she is quick to reply that she is happy in the Senior Living Home, has made friends and she also has now got a cooking job so she would not need her help any longer to support her. Hearing this the girl Is sad and she is not able to stop her mother who had come only take care of her daughter selflessly. The moral is doing not ill treat your parents. Remember you are in the world because of them and you are what you are today because of their blessings. No matter who you are give your parents the love and respect.
