Pep Talks gives a glimpse into the Psyche of 5 people. A Social Media addict feeling low; a Family Man facing acute financial distress; a too much of a hands-on Mother; a man rendered a social misfit due to his principled conduct & a young woman with an OCD streak whose relationship has turned Toxic! Faced with mental turmoil and depression to different degrees, when each one of them hits the rock bottom, rather than getting shattered under the overwhelming pressure they bounce back with verve!
