A Woman Alone (2000)

The play etches the story of a woman locked in the apartment by her obnoxious husband; virtually alone but with all the exhausting elements like her perverted and porno addicted brother in law to look after, who doesn’t let his wheelchair-bound plastered body prevent him from groping any woman in sight. Amid a drudgery of household chores, dodgy phone calls, a forever screaming baby and a peeping neighbor. She is also hounded by a young frantic lover that instigate an intense paranoia; all this seizes her sanity enough to make her cynical. The whole story unfolds while she chats to her neighbor through the window.
