This is a family story. It throws light on the social responsibility of families and societies towards senior citizens. It states about Government role towards senior citizens. At this juncture, most of the senior citizens are neglected. They are not getting basic needs like medication, hospitalization, food, clothes, etc. They are denied respect. Some times, close relatives of old aged people are refusing to attend the funerals when these people leave this world for heaven. These people are forced to stay at old age homes against their wish. The subject is handled tactfully very smoothly without any tensions and tragic scenes by the writer. It's developed through very lighter mood and healthily.
