Planchet (2018)

Four friends Mahesh, Swati, Kuldeep and Manav have come to a jungle for trekking. Later, they separate and loose each other. They reunite in a huge horrifying bungalow. Here, they meet an eccentric Tantrik (one who does black magic and possesses spirits in him) whose name is Medium. He enlightens them about the spirits in his horror house and also about what he does; that is planchet (Inviting spirits in one’s body). Medium performs the planchet with these people and they get to meet their relatives. The planchet reveals new secrets in everybody’s lives. The love story of Mahesh and Swati unravels, but there is a spirit named Purvi who is deeply in love with Mahesh. This opens a love triangle within two humans and one spirit. This creates a lot of humorous chaos in the later half. Several characters join the game. Several spirits of different species including human spirits invade each and everybody present in the bungalow. Medium tries to solve the chaos and ends up in failure every time. We see a humorous conflict between Medium and Purvi and we end with a great twist. The play is a laughter riot and ends with a great message.
