Aisa Des Hai Mera (2006)

The protagonist of the tale is a young woman named Rusty, who was born in England to upper middle-class white parents John and Linda. Rusty from her youth begins having hazy nightmares of being somehow tied to India while living apart from her divorced mother and drunken father. One day, she discovers that she is half-Indian and that Rusty is the child of her mother Linda and her first husband, an Indian named Randheer Deol, a Sikh.
