Anokha Bandhan is a serial of the romantic-drama genre. This serial’s story revolves around the three main characters namely, Sandhya Rathore, who is a caring and loving mother-in-law,Ketki who is her beautiful and charming daughter-in-law. The story begins with the marriage of Vardaan, the loving son of Sandhya with Ketki. As Ketki gets married to Vardaan, she comes across a new world of rich privileges and high expectations. Later, Vardaan starts to create a mess around Ketki as he had married Ketki because of her mother’s wish and he didn't love him. Further, as the story progresses, Vardaan tries to harass her severely, but his mother truly understands Ketki and always tries to protect her from her son’s dangerous actions which could possibly tear-apart their marriage. This TV series wonderfully shows the caring and divine relations of a mother-in-law with her daughter–in-law through which it severely tries to break the stereotypical relations which portray the mother-in-law as a cruel and merciless person.
