Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji (2019)

Happy Mehra lives a middle class life and is a free-spirited girl. She is constantly bickering with the arrogant Rocky. His elder brother Chintu on the other hand is kind and compassionate. Happy and Chintu soon get married. Things were almost getting settled in their life when tragedy strikes and Chintu gets killed in an accident. Their family blames Rocky for the mishap. Meanwhile Rocky sets up a hotel to fulfill his brother’s dream. Happy helps him out, however one day fate takes a drastic turn when Rocky is accused of molesting Happy’s sister Smiley and is jailed. A well known lawyer named Ranvijay falls for Happy. When Rocky returns from jail he is jealous of how close Happy and Ranvijay have gotten. Meanwhile Ranvijay kills himself after killing his own brother. Happy having had enough fakes her own death and relocates. Rocky is heartbroken and marries Harleen. They have a child together named Honey. But HArleen never wanted a child so she ill-treats Honey. The latter runs away and one day meets Happy who looks after him. Soon she realizes that he is Rocky’s son and Rocky comes to know that Happy is still alive. Rocky and Happy finally get married. The show is directed by Arif Ali Ansari and produced by Gul Khan, Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Karishma Jain. The star cast includes Jasmin Bhasin, Ansh Bagri, Rohit Purohit, and Donal Bisht.
