Gathbandhan (2019)

Raghu is a well known dreaded don from Dombivali in Mumbai. He is given the job of kidnapping a man. When he reaches his house he encounters the man’s daughter Dhanak and fall in love at first sight. He is smitten by her but she doesn’t care for a crude and rowdy ruffian. However, circumstances make them get married to each other. Raghu is a kind at heart and considerate guy, even though he has chosen an unconventional job. He tries his best to keep Dhanak happy. Dhanak on the other hand has a dream of becoming an IPS officer and finally studies hard and realizes her dream. Raghu’s mother is no less than a don herself. She dislikes Dhanak and her job and is constantly trying to put her down. Dhanak soon falls in love with the simple and compassionate nature of her husband. His mother however is hell bent to separate them and create misunderstandings between them. The show is directed by Ankur Narendra Bhatia and produced by Jay Mehta. The star cast includes Shruti Sharma, Abrar Qazi and Sonali Naik.
