Synopsis

The purpose of the show was to test the audience members' familiarity with Indian customs, rituals, and beliefs. In addition, it served to inform the audience, particularly the younger members, about its historical background. The TV network chose the participants through testing, and two contestants competed in each programme to win the title of Gyan Guru after correctly answering the first five questions. Each competitor has the option to select one companion to join them on the show. Sahayta was a contributor.
