Hasna Mat (2001)

A very straightforward yet amusing Muslim couple is introduced to us in the first episode of the show. The Muslim wife and husband are portrayed by Shagufta Ali and Kader Khan, respectively. Kader Khan portrays a typical office worker who is often irritated, and Shagufta plays the role of the man's housewife. She is incredibly innocent, a little naive, and has a funny dialect. The guy played by Kader Khan descends the stairway in the episode to get breakfast. Shortly after, they start joking around. In between these exchanges of insults, Kader Khan's character laments the cooking of his wife and declares that he will find a new wife for himself. His wife dismisses his idea with laughter.
