An Indian superhero television series called HERO - Bhakti hi Shakti Hai debuted in 2005 on Hungama TV. It is about the brave actions and heroic exploits of a superhero named Hero, who is granted extraordinary magical abilities by the Goddess Durga to aid him in battling criminals and supervillains.
