Ikyawann (2017)

Ikyawann is a serial of the drama genre. This serial’s story mainly centers around the two conflicting families who are Ajmeras and the Parekhs. Its story mainly emphasises upon the life of Susheel Parekh who is a very young and special woman who holds a very significant place in her family as she is the fifty-first female child of the Parekh family whose family was severely affected by a tragedy in which all the other fifty female members of the family excluding her lost her lives in a devastating accident which had occurred several years ago. As Susheel is raised collectively by her father Mehul, two paternal uncles and a elderly grandfather who all believe that she is an auspicious and lucky child who is certainly destined for greatness. As the story progresses further, it is soon revealed that this accident was purposely pre-planned by the Ajmera family’s active and cunning family member named Leela Ajmera who was highly driven by jealousy because Mehul previously had rejected her daughter Kiran for their marriage. Later, the Parekh family decides to start a new life and migrate themselves to Surat. Further, As Susheel grows up, she becomes a strong, courageous and independent woman who is majorly encouraged by her beloved family. However, the family’s eternal harmony and peace get disturbed when Satya Ajmera who is the beloved grandson of Leela Ajmera accidentally comes across Susheel in a massive conflict which leaves him severely injured and it certainly sparks upon a new wave of rivalry between Satya and Susheel. Further, Satya decides to take revenge on Susheel and tells about the incident to leela who then embarks upon a mission to find Susheel while being unaware of the fact that she is the beloved daughter of Mehul. What will happen further? Will Leela be able to take revenge on Susheel? How will Mehul save Susheel from this devastating trap? This serial’s story effectively portrays the virtues of bravery, courage and will-power through its exceptionally entertaining drama and a unique storyline which exceeds across the two different eras.
