Kahani A united Bengali family is the subject of Terrii Merrii. Dhruv, the male lead of the programme, and Tara, a childhood friend, fall in love as adults and marry. Dhruv, however, grew up to be an alcoholic since he experienced loneliness as a child after his father abandoned his mother for another woman. He is unable to stop using despite Tara's love and support.
