Kuchh Jhuki Palkain (2002)

Simple Indian girl Niyati marries Vansh, who was born in the United States. Vansh had a lover in the United States, but he wed Niyati solely under parental pressure. Vansh slowly begins to develop feelings for Niyati, but things become tricky when it is discovered that his ex-girlfriend is actually Archita, Niyati's older, rebellious sister. Things get worse when it is discovered that Vansh's parents are actually his grandparents and that he is the secret child of his sister Manta from a relationship. The programme follows Niyati and Vansh as they work to repair their marriage and handle external issues.
