Molkki Rishton Ki Agnipariksha is a serial of the family-drama genre. This serial’s story mainly revolves around the life of Bhoomi who is a young, passionate girl who lives in a small village of Uttar Pradesh with her beloved parents named Shyamlal and Buri and two siblings namely the elder sister named Manika and a younger brother named Laddu. As she is the elder sister, she willingly takes up the responsibility of looking after her family and searches for jobs and comes across Suraj Thakur who is the famous and prestigious landlord known for his managerial skills and luxurious lifestyle and develops a friendship with him and begins to admire her and asks her to marry him under the ‘Molkki’( a prolonged tradition in which brides are purchased under a certain amount) and she agrees because of the financial burdens of her family and marries him by signing a agreement which stated all the terms and conditions which she has to follow after her marriage. Later, she embarks upon a new beginning in her life wherein she has to live as a maid because of Nirma Devi’s strict and rigid principles. What will happen further? Can she win the heart of Suraj Thakur and acquire herself a significant place in their house?
