The story of Nazar revolves around a 251 year old dayan named Mohana. She has been able to keep herself alive so long by draining the life of her victims. She now seeks to become one with the normal humanity so one can doubt her powers. She thus makes Mridul fall in love with her and soon both get married. They then have two children Kajal and Ansh. No one suspects a thing while Mohana does her thing as a dayan. Things take a tragic turn when she makes Mridul amass great wealth and then drains him of his life forces, causing him to die under mysterious circumstances. A psychic then makes her powerless by chopping of her hair. The serial is directed by Atif Khan and produced by Gul Khan and Karishma Jain. The star cast includes Antara Biswas, Harsh Rajput and Niyati Fatnani.
