Bhagwan Das, a regular guy who struggles to balance his personal and professional lives, is the protagonist of the television show. His father, wife, and boss all bully him, and his kids are ashamed of him for being an underwear salesman. Bhagwan Das encounters Shivaye, a personification of the Hindu deity Shiva. Bhagwan Das is led through numerous conundrums by Shivaye, who is only visible to him.
