Sanjog is a serial of the drama genre. This serial’s story mainly revolves around the life of two women whose lives get entangled due to a major mistake which happened at the time of their birth. Its story begins with Amrita who is married to Rajiv who is a very rich and wealthy man of the Kothari family and as she is married she feels that she should sooner become a mother. Further, her happiness gets overlooked by her own best friend named Rakshita.On the other side, Gauri who is married to Gopal who lives his life by doing some petty thefts and as Gauri dreams of living a luxurious and lavish life wherein she would be far away from the struggles which she currently faces due to various circumstances. Moreover their lives intertwined wherein they both end up meeting in the same hospital in order to deliver their children and here comes the twist which completely changes the story wherein their newly born child get interchanged with each other wherein Amrita’s daughter Chanda is handed over to Gauri and Gauri’s daughter Tara is handed over to Amrita. Moreover, the story takes a huge leap of seven years wherein Amrita has raised Tara and Gauri has raised Chanda. Later, as these two girls grow up, they both grow up and their contrasting personalities certainly leave both the families confused, being totally unaware of the fact that the womens who has raised both of them isn’t actually their mother. Later, the story takes a unexpected twist wherein Gauri and Rakshita plot an devious and evil plan wherein they both severely try to kill Amrita and Rajiv and in this scenario, Rajiv somehow manages to save himself and escapes from the deadly trap and then devotes his life to raise Chanda and Tara as his own daughters and provides both of them with their dream life which they desire. This serial is an epic tale of mistaken identities, betrayals and also effectively shows the unconditional bond of a father with his daughters which is creatively depicted through its eye-catchy visuals and a unique storyline which subtly entertains the audiences.
