Baarish (2019)

Anuj takes care of his family business after the passing of his father. Unable to even complete his education, he takes on the responsibility of the household and his younger siblings. Meanwhile Gauravi who comes from an educated middle class family joins Anuj’s office. Her brother is dating Anuj’s younger sister. Soon Anuj and Gauravi become close to each other not as employer employee but as great friends. Anuj’s family likes her and thinks he will not get a better girl than Gauravi and gets them both married. As time passes by Gujarati Anuj falls in love with Maharashtrian Gauravi. The series is directed by Nandita Mehra and written by Ayush Agarwal. The series is created and developed by Ekta Kapoor. The atar cast includes Sharman Joshi, Asha Negi, Vikram Singh Chauhan and Manit Jhoura.
