Chhatrasal (2021)

The life of the unsung hero King Chhatrasal of Bundelkhand is the subject of the earliest epic in history, Chhatrasal. The narrative begins in 16th-century India, when the Mughal empire was growing under the rule of Aurangzeb, a dictator who went on horseback to Delhi and overthrew his father Shahjahan, claiming to be "Alamgir Aurangzeb," which translates to "conqueror of the world." A kid who would free his people and return them to their homeland was said to be born in Bundelkhand around the same period. Chhatrasal was that child. He was a medieval Indian warrior who fought the Mughals without ever losing.
