Dil Hi Toh Hai- Season 3 (2020)

Ritwik and Palak finally unite and as they are about to begin their happy journey of life together, tragedy strikes. Their car meets with an accident and Ritwik goes into a coma. Palak feels guilty but has no choice but to wait from him. Meanwhile Vikrant helps them get out of bankruptcy and also helps in take care of Palak’s twins Gia and Dia. She thus marries him for all the favors he has done for her. Although she has married him but she still is in love with Ritwik. Vikrant is in love with Palak and is willing to wait for as long as he can until she can forget about Ritwik. After almost eight years being in coma, Ritwik’s life support is now going to be removed. However he wakes up just before that but he has lost all his previous memory of Palak and his twins. The series is directed by Muzammil Desai and Rahib Siddiqui. The star cast includes Karan Kundra and Yogita Bihani.
