Hankaar (2018)

The story of the series revolves around Mangesh, Pradeep, Nisha, James and Joy who are trying to make it big in the big bad city of Mumbai. Mangesh is a strong man but his limitation is speech impairment. He however ends up getting the job of a bodyguard to the deadliest gangster in the city. Pradeep has a lucrative job as a real estate broker but dreams of turning into a powerful builder. Nisha works for an NGO and helps in rescuing children and young girls from the sex trafficking racket. Joy is a techie who gets entangled in the wrong side of the tech world. James, who is a crack addict himself, wants to sell drugs and become rich and powerful. The lives of these five people have nothing to do with each other but somehow end up crossing paths as the CBI radar falls on each of them. To make matters worse, the underworld king pin Z is out to get them all on his side by any means. The series is directed by Sanjay Bhatia, Yogi Chopra and Ravi Iyer. The series is written by Vaibhav Bajpai, Sumit Nagaria, Tarun Rajput and Yogi Chopra. The star cast includes Rajesh Balwani, Ujjwal Chopra, Yogini Chouk, Ram Menon, Prammod Sanghi.
