Julee Jasmin was awarded the Pride Iconic Award of India as a visionary woman filmmaker in agricultural innovation.
Her work with Salim Akhtar under Aftab Pictures Pvt Ltd; best known for its classics such as Batwara, Loha, Doodh Ka Karz, Raja Ki Aayegi Baaraat, Mehandi, Badal, Jigar, Baazi, Police Officer, The Don, among others; culminated in the critically acclaimed 'Daal Roti', which has left its mark on Indian cinema.
Career & Achievements
Educational Background & Experience: Julee Jasmin holds a degree of B.Sc. (Hons.) in Zoology and is also greatly experienced working for Bollywood as an erstwhile Associate Director of multiple feature films. With 'Daal Roti', she is now an established young filmmaker one should keep an eye on from the industry.
