Sakshi Malik has appeared in a few fashion shows. She modelled for Nykaa and PC Jewellers. In 2018, Sakshi made her debut in the film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. She became popular for her song ‘Bom Diggy Diggy’ in the film. Sakshi was in the music video for Armaan Malik’s single, ‘Veham’
She was in a controversy when a Telugu filmmaker used her photograph to portray a commercial sex worker without her consent. She had approached the Bombay High Court in March 2021. The film was promptly removed from the OTT platform.
In 2023, she acted in Dry Day as Chunnibai. Sakshi was in the musical video with Abhishek Malhan, with Vishal Mishra, Shreya Ghoshal singing.
