Biography
Tina
Ahuja debuted in the year 2015 in the film ‘Second Hand Husband’ along
side of Gippy Grewal and Dharmendra. Despite the initial buzz with lot of fans and adulation and much
expectations, her career did not gain the momentum . She had worked in Gajendra Verma Feat and
Milon Na Tum in 2018 and Driving me Crazy in 2020 and Kagaz in 2021
She worked as a model for some time.
Her
most recent film was released in 2021 in a joint production of Salman Khn and
Karan Johar. Tina Ahuja was to debut in
Love Singh’s ‘Tutak Tootak Tutiyan’ in 2011. Vinod Khanna’s nephew Akhil Kapur
and an Olympic Boxer Vijendra Singh were
to be originally doing the film with Tina. However, the project had got
shelved.
The
July 2015 film , ‘Second Hand Husband’ was produced by GB Entertainment and is
directed by Smeep Kang which had marked the debut of Tina Ahuja.
The
story was a comedy drama film with Rajbir essayed by Gippy Grewal and Gurpreet,
essayed by Tina Ahuja who are in love but cannot marry as he has to pay alimony
to his ex-wife Neha essayed by Geeta
Basra. The couple come together to find a bridegroom for his ex-wife. Thus, the
journey to find the appropriate groom ends up with some trouble , with comedy
of errors in the film which made it a great entertainer. Dharmendra as Rajbir’s
boss in his flirtatious way added to the humorous side of the story.
