Esha began her professional career as a theatre artist in 2011 and subsequently went on to work in various mediums such as films, web series and television. She completed her M. A in Kathak dance form from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune and her acting course from London School of Dramatic Art. After finishing her course, she returned to India during the Covid Lockdown during the time, actor Sameer Khandekar invited her for his You Tube channel Asowa. The video garnered a positive response prompting her to join the popular Marathi theatre. She soon became popular in the Marathi comedy show, Maharashtrachi Hasyajyatra over Vishakha Subedar.
Esha has participated in numerous projects under BhaDiPa and represented the company BhaDiPa. In 2024. Esha shared the screen with actor Ranveer Singh for Dalmia cement commercials. The following year she was a part of the film Gulkand which emerged as the fourth highest grossing Marathi film of 2025. She rose to popularity for her film Gulkand released in 2025, a comedy film starring alongside of famous actors such as Sai Tamhankar, Prasad Oak and Jui Bhagwat.
Esha will soon be seen alongside actor Kangana Ranaut in the upcoming thriller Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata releasing on June 12, 2026. The plot is inspired by the true events of the bravery of the nurses, ward boys and cleaners and other hospital staff who saved the 26/11 terror attacks at Cama Hospital. The film is about an untold story of the unsung real heroes who protected the patients during the massive city crisis. Alongside of Kangana Ranaut are Girija Oak, Smita Tambe and Aditya Mishra . The film is directed by Manoj Tapadia.
She has also acted alongside Rani Mukerji in the film Aiyya in 2012. She played the role of Anju. Her other films on the televison are Chukbhul Dyavi Ghyavi as Bandi, Sukhi Masacha Sadara both of which were in Marathi language and in 9 to 5, television mini series as Devika.
