Kiku Sharda started his career in theatre for a nominal payout for his performance but soon went on to get popular driven by his widespread brand appeal and consistent television presence and is estimated to be net worth Rs. 33 to 40 crore.

Raghavendra Amarnath Sharda started his career as a comedian and an actor but mainly he worked in the Hindi television and then went on to do a few Hindi films. He garnered lot of popularity and praises from the audience for his various roles on Comedy Nights with Kapil which was aired on Colors TV and later on The Kapil Sharma Show on Sony Television where he played notable characters and has a funny bone in him that got the audience in splits and laughter. He also participated in Nach Baliye 6 in 2013 and in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 in 2014.

Kiku Sharda ran into controversy in January 2016 and was arrested for mimicking Dera Sacha Sauda, the Head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in which Kuku dressed as Baba was shown serving liquor and doing lewd dances with the girls which went against him for insulting their sect chief.

Kiku Sharda is a celebrated comedian and an actor on television mainly for his versatile roles on Hindi television serials and Hindi films. The Kapil Sharma Show is now famous globally on Netflix Series under The Great Indian Kapil Show in which he continues to be the much-loved star.

Some of his iconic roles that he has essayed are of Hobo in the fantasy series, Hatim and the comedic constable Mulayam Singh Gulgule in F.I.R and Akbar in the sitcom Akbar Birbal.

Besides the Indian television, Kiku Sharda has featured in several Bollywood films such as Phir Hera Pheri, Happy New Year, Angrezi Medium. Kiku will be starring in the upcoming multi ensemble star cast in the comedy film Welcome To the Jungle, scheduled for its release in the theatres on June 26, 2026. He will be playing the role of Ghooskhor Pandat in the highly anticipated third installment of the Welcome Comedy Franchise, directed by Ahmed Khan. It has a massive star cast that includes Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Sunjay Dutt and Paresh Rawal.

He is also a part of the upcoming Hera Pheri 3 series.

 Kiku Sharda has starred in Loveyapa released in 2025 and in the Amazon MX Player Reality Series, Rise & Fall.
