Aditya, played by Fardeen Khan is happily married to a very conservative and traditional girl Ashwini, played by Isha Koppikar. They soon have a baby boy and everything seems normal in their lives, however the truth is far from normal. Aditya is having an affair with his secretary Geeta Menon, played by Esha Deol. Geeta is quite the wild child and Aditya has a good time with her unknown to his wife. One day he decides to take Geeta to his friends bungalow at Madh Island. There Geeta gives Aditya a shocking surprise by telling him that she is pregnant.

 

All hell breaks loose and Aditya who is unhappy with this news asks Geeta to abort the baby as they are not yet ready for a child. But Geeta insists that he should divorce his wife and marry her instead. Both begin to argue and a fight ensues, where Aditya accidentally pushes Geeta and she fall on a sharp object, killing her instantly. A panicked Aditya disposes off her body and goes back to his wife Ashwini pretending like nothing has happened. However, Geeta comes back from the dead in the form of a ghost and haunts Aditya. He is harrowed by her existence in his house and Ashwini notices this.

 

Aditya then confides in Ashwini out of guilt about his affair and killing Geeta. She storms out in rage but meets with an accident. At this time Geeta appears in front of Aditya and says she has accepted his apology but later enters Ashwini’s body for her final revenge on him. The movie is directed by Ram Gopal Verma and produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The music is composed by Pritama and Himesh Reshammiya.
