Synopsis

Rahul is an energetic and full of life youngster who is brought up by his single mother. One day he comes to know that his estranged father is remarrying and this is making his mother sad. He creates a ruckus at his wedding and warns him to accept his mother, but to no avail. He is then arrested for damaging property and taken to the police station where the inspector is a kind man who explains to him the repercussions of his actions and lets him go. There he sees a young orphan named Anu for the first time for running away from her orphanage and falls head over heels in love with her. He then finds out where she lives and asks her to meet him but she is too scared of the warden. Soon the two elope and Anu gets a job as a model. She also helps launch Rahul’s career as a singer, which the latter isn’t happy about. This creates misunderstandings between the two lovers. Eventually love has a way of finding itself and the two unite. The film is directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Gulshan Kumar and Mukesh Bhatt. The music is composed by Nadeem Saifee and Shravan. The story and screenplay is written by Aakash Khurana and Robin Bhatt. The star cast includes Rahul Roy,Anu Agarwal,Deepak Tijori,Avtar Gill,Tom Alter,Mushtaq Khan,Javed Khan,Sunil Rege,Anang Desai, Reema Lagoo and Homi Wadia.
