Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyon (2004)

It is a war drama film directed & produced by Anil Sharma, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Divya Khosla Kumar, Sandali Sinha & Nagma. Released on the 24th of December 2004. Major General Amarjeet Singh (Amitabh Bachchan) is a dedicated officer in the Indian Army. His son Captain Vikramjeet (Bobby Deol) follows in his father’s footsteps, joins the Navy. During the Indo-Pak war & formation of Bangladesh. Vikramjeet has a ship in his command with a regiment of soldiers of the Indian Army, unfortunately it comes under attack by a Pakistani Submarine, sinks along with Vikramjeet but rescues his soldiers. Years later Vikramjeet’s son Kunaljeet (Sandali Sinha) joins the Army becoming a Captain but sadly has no values like his grandfather or father. His aim is to go to the US, make lots of money, settle down. He is in love with Shweta Bhansali (Divya Khosla Kumar). Just to receive a medal he fakes heroism, carelessly jeopardizes a planned attack on terrorists who escape. Meanwhile Shweta marries his senior Major Rajeev Singh (Akshay Kumar). In the end Kunaljeet saves people from a Bomb blast plan, thus winning his grandfather’s heart, trust & confidence.
