Apne Huye Paraye is an Emotional-Romantic Family Tragedy Drama Film exceptionally crafted by Ajit Chakraborty. The Story revolves around the life of Rekha (played by Mala Sinha)- A Kind-Hearted girl living with her Mother and Adopted Sister Lata (played by Shashikala)- the daughter of her Mother's Friend- who died in an accident. Shankar (played by Manoj Kumar)- A Kind-Boy living with his parents and childhood friend of Rekha moves to another city. Years later- Shankar becomes Doctor and moves again to his Home and Rekha instantly fell in love with him.
