Synopsis
Chhote Sarkar is a Crime-Thriller Emotional Romantic Drama Film exceptionally crafted by K. Shankar. The Story revolves around the life of Twins Brothers- Moti and Raja (played by Shammi Kapoor), living in a happy family- whereas, Moti is loved y everyone, and Raja is considered as an Idiot who just Paints without helping anyone. Things get complicated- when Moti's Wife accuses Raja of the charge of rape, leading him into trouble, and he becomes homeless and set on the path of revenge. Primary Starcast- Shammi Kapoor, Sadhana
