Duty (1986)

A young man who has joined the police force does everything in his capacity to keep the law and order of the city he is assigned. He will not tolerate any criminals getting away with illegal acts and makes sure he arrests them and brings them to justice. He is then known for his brutal dealings with the worst of criminals and soon all the outlaws come to know about him. Things turn ugly when the officer crosses paths with a dreaded gangster and comes into his bad books. The film is directed by Ravi Kant Nagaich and produced by Rakesh. The music is composed by Babla. The screenplay and dialogues are written by Ramesh Pant. The cinematography is by Suresh Babu. The star cast includes Govinda, Rakesh Bedi, Anuradha Patel, Arun Bakshi, Prasanna and Huma Khan.
