The artist pair of Goopi Gayin and Bagha Bayin make a comeback in this continuation, where they are welcomed to the court of the Hirak Raja (Precious stone Ruler), for their melodic abilities. They got to perform at the kingdom's Celebration Celebrations. But coming to the kingdom, they utilize their natural goodness and curiosity to find out that all isn't well within the kingdom. There's misuse of destitute agriculturists and diamond-miners. There are flatterer subjects and merciless armed forces. And there's a mad scientist with this Brain-washing machine.
