Kanoon Meri Mutthi Mein (1984)

Dacoits have been wrecking havoc in the villages and one fine day an innocent man named Bikram is mercilessly murdered by them. This happens on the happy occasion of Raksha Bandha, when his sister Geeta was going to tie a rakhi. Devastated at her brother’s death, Geeta swear to get her revenge by any means. She thus becomes a dreaded dacoit herself who is unforgiving. She calls herself Jwala. Meanwhile police inspector Sagar is assigned the task of nabbing Jwala. Soon he falls in love with her, not realizing that she herself is Jwala. The film is directed by K Prasad and produced by Dara Maruti. The music is composed by Rajkamal. The star cast includes Raj Babbar, Smita Patil, Ranjeet, Kader Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Paintal and Leena Dass.
