The story of Panga Naa Lo revolves around two friendly neighbors Kartar Singh and Karsanbhai Shah. Their families have been living across from each other for the last 25 years, and share everything from recipes to family secrets. Kartar and Karsanbhai usually meet each other for a drink at a pub that belong to Gonsalves, who is also become their close buddy.
As they become more and more close they realize that their respective children Vera and Bhura who used to play with each other as kids are now besotted by each other but are too shy to confess love to the other. So the over enthusiastic fathers, hatch a plan to take matters in their own hands and unite the two lovers by helping them confess their love. But its isnt so easy as it sounds, as every plan they make always gets foiled and things don’t go as expected and they land up back to square one.
The movie is directed by Rajen Kothari and produced by Sunit Jawadekar and Shailesh Jawadekar. The music is composed by Rahul Ranade. The star cast includes Om Puri, Kunal Kapoor, Satish Shah, Navnie Parihar, Viju Khote, Razzak Khan, Jeetendra Joshi, Priyanka Yadav, Surpriya Pathak and Zabyn Khan.
