Chander is a hard working and honest man. He comes from a poor background but his qualities are loved by many. His benefactor’s daughter Poonam, is one of them who sees his brilliant human qualities and falls in love with him. Soon he too falls for her. But she is from a rich and affluent family and their union is almost impossible. Chander has to now decide if he will go against the man who gave him everything and marry for love or give up his love and show his loyalty. The film is directed and produced by Harmesh Malhotra. The music is composed by Annu Malik. The star cast includes Raj Babbar, Poonam Dhillon, Shakti Kapoor, Madan Puri and Kalapana Iyer.
