Saathi (1968)

Saathi is an Emotional-Romantic Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by C.V. Sridhar. The Story revolves around the life of Dr. Ravi (played by Rajendra Kumar)- An Honest Doctor set on the path to find the cure for cancer for the betterment of people fells in love with Nurse Shanti (played by Vyjayanthimala) and agrees to marry other. They marry with the permission of the family- but she started facing a heart-related problem and leaves the house- because Ravi faced a lot of problems, he thought she died in a Train Accident- but she went with his patient to Switzerland for treatment and return to India- but get shocked- when she comes to know- Ravi vision is hurt due to research process accident.
